Questoggi ho corso la mia prima camminata podistica qui in Toscana; ho approfittato della corsa in oggetto disputata a Santa Croce sullArno (PI) per svolgere il mio programma di allenamento che oggi prevedeva un lungo lento. dislivello rilevati dal mio Polar), accompagnato per tutti i 128 e 40 dellallenamento da una leggera ma incessante pioggia. Nonostante lalzataccia (6.45) dovuta alla partenza della camminata obbligata dalle 8 alle 8.30, ne è valsa veramente la pena: il percorso si snodava almeno per l80% in mezzo al bosco su sentieri, frutteti e strade sterrate, con continui saliscendi resi ancora più duri dal fango. Come avevo già fatto per la Tenuta di San Rossore lancio un altro sasso: la zona boschiva, peraltro in gran parte compresa nella Riserva di Montefalcone controllata dal Corpo Forestale dello Stato, sarebbe un luogo sicuramente…
