periodo festivo sono dannose tentazioni per noi atleti... Nonostante il problema alla schiena che da 15 giorni non mi permette di allenarmi al meglio, costringendomi ad evitare potenziamento, corsa su asfalto e su pista, negli ultimi giorni ho avuto modo di correre soprattutto su terreni molto ripidi con allenamenti caratterizzati da lunghe ed impegnative salite su strade sterrate e sentieri: ho approfittato infatti della mia permanenza in Primiero, dei 4 giorni passati in Val Badia (dove ho svolto lallenamento più duro con 1030 m di dislivello) e dei 3 giorni trascorsi a Dossena (BG) per il Capodanno per dedicarmi agli…
