Oliveto - Stiore e ritorno; a differenza di Domenica scorsa (in gruppo da Zocca a Tolè), con la sola compagnia del lettore mp3.Lo scorso anno in questo periodo stavo preparando cross corto e gare sprint con parecchi allenamenti di qualità oltre la soglia...mentre adesso non sono rare le sedute di corsa così lunghe, per altri obiettivi. Mi fa un certo effetto portare a termine allenamenti di questo tipo, ma il panettone questanno so di essermelo meritato..o no?! :)
