my best cross country races ever. This year, after 300m I realized that I was not in good shape... and I still dont understand whats happened !!! Legs were heavy and I had clearly no speed compare to my two first cross country races of the year. Then it was hard mentally to continue in that kind of condition and I had few times thought about giving up. Course track was awful with a lot of mud (more than ever) and few big hills. A track who should be great for an orienteer !!! I finished anyway in moderate speed 1500m…
