Questoggi con Alessio Tenani della Forestale, Nicola, Lorenzo e Luca della Polisportiva Masi ho effettuato un allenamento lungo lento sui colli modenesi/bolognesi. Partenza da Monte S. Giacomo, vicino Zocca (MO) e arrivo a Tolé, località posta dallaltra parte della vallata in territorio bolognese. Primi 30 minuti corsi sui sentieri e…

nel bosco di castagni e betulle utilizzando la carta da orienteering del Monte S. Giacomo, trasferimento utilizzando una fotografia aerea nella carta CO di Tolé e ultima ora corsa utilizzando questa. Alla fine 120 minuti collinari (720 m di dislivello totali) corsi per la maggior parte su sentieri, mulattiere e boschi: sicuramente molto piacevole questo allenamento fatto in compagnia (139 AVG 161 MAX) e con la possibilità di avere sempre un ausilio cartaceo.
