una traversata da Monte San Giacomo (Zocca-MO) a Tolè (BO): prima parte sui sentieri e nel bosco della carta modenese, trasferimento con foto aerea della zona intermedia e seconda ora di allenamento sulla mappa di Tolè, usando i numerosi sentieri con saliscendi della zona.2h01 il totale delluscita, che la buona compagnia ha fatto passare molto più in fretta del previsto, nonostante i 720 metri di dislivello complessivi.Sopra: panoramica dellallenamento (la linea magenta corrisponde al tragitto mio e di Emiliano, taglio finale di 30 per i ragazzi).Sotto: le 3 parti dellallenamento in dettaglio e foto di gruppo in partenza
