New name on the Yvette Baker Trophy
After finishing 6th and 3rd in the last two years, Deesides juniors won the Yvette Baker final at Cold Ash last Sunday in a close finish from Octavian Droobers and Bristol OK.

for England for the Junior Home Internationals earlier this year, their last few runners pulled them to the front of the pack backed up by Aidan Chavasse and Sam Drinkwater, two speedy but less frequent orienteers on the yellow course, and Elspeth Ingleby getting in amongst a very tight pack of squad runners on the girls green course. A great competition format, getting non-gold standard and less committed juniors involved and counting for their club teams. Full results via the Berkshire Orienteers website.
