Long session e gara sprint
Ho approfittato di una veloce visita in quel di Bologna per effettuare un allenamento lungo lento sui colli bolognesi: partenza dallOspedale Maggiore, salita del Genio, Paderno, Parco Cavaioni, Santuario di San Luca, Ospedale Maggiore. ultime settimane su un percorso con tante salite e, nonostante la sensazione di pesantezza, sembra che la condizione sia buona. Domani sarò impegnato ai Campionati Liguri Sprint a Framura (SP), gara che si disputerà in pineta su due prove: la seconda sarà caratterizzata dalla partenza a caccia, cioè si partirà con il distacco accumulato dal vincitore della prima gara. Nessun obiettivo particolare: sarà unottima occasione per provare un ritmo elevato di lettura di carta in bosco.
