train for that specific sports, Im learning a lot by running this kind of races. I ran the 8km in 2710 which was quite good (for me) in a hilly and very muddy track. If I want estimate my shape, I would say that Im able right now to run 10km on a track in 3130. Not that fast and still 45sec to my 10km record… But were still in December trainings diary...
