Orient’Show’s first experience

After the Military World Championships, where I had the results which corresponded to my shape and motivation after a loooong season, I ran the last competition of the 2006 season near Lille this week-end (very northern part of France). Maybe it is better to call this competition the first one…

of the next season, because I didn’t train much since the CISM, and will start again the serious training in a couple of days.This competition was the first Orient’show organized in France and also my first experience of this format. I was really looking forward to it, because I heard only positive comments about it. But maybe it is good to first explain what the Orient’show is, even if more informations can be found here (in French).
