clima della settimana scorsa..La prima uscita è stata subito quantitativa: una maratonina a ritmo abbastanza tranquillo a Calderara di Reno, alle porte di Bologna (in concomitanza con la maratona dei Tre Comuni). Primi 16km a 410/km a ritmo regolare + ultimi 5km un po più allegri a 355/km = 1h26 e rotti come previsto, con lottima compagnia di Francesco Lari e Fabio Astolfi (nella foto) lungo il percorso. Senza una battuta ogni tanto un allenamento lungo diventa noioso..Devo dire che la mezza maratona, pur non essendo la distanza a me più congeniale (non che nellatletica mi possa definire adatto particolarmente…
