Tomorrow morning, early at 5:00 Ill leave for the airport and a long travel to Curitiba in Brazil. This years CISM will take place in famous South American country. The last week was again used for two physical tests, one 5000m test and another uphill running test. The results finally…

showed how I felt for the whole year. I cancelled the 5000m test after about 3200m and on the uphill test I was far down on the fastest times of Matthias and Kerschi. I somehow cant say that I cant wait for the competitions in Brazil Still Im really looking forward to visit the country. And maybe its better for my performances if the expectations are far from high. You never know.
