 Next season training has started and Im practicing at least 2 or 3 orienteering session a week (with specific goals) to be able to improve my reading map abilities. Long run, hilly sessions (2100m last week) and appropriate short speed trainings are the basic devices. Last week went well…

with some basic components: - One strength training (basic balance and strength exercises)- One short interval training (10*500m //115 slow between 124 & 128 and last one in 119)- One short (high tempo) and hilly orienteering training in large scale (1/5000) in a rocky ground (follow the line and then a lot of controls)
