concorrenti che stanno correndo assieme nelle gare a lunga distanza.Tante volte gli incroci o le ali di farfalla creano problemi agli atleti (anche delite) con errori, perdite di tempo o squalifiche per punzonatura errata o mancante.Per questo motivo ho preparato un esercizio indoor da fare con i ragazzi della Polisportiva Masi prima dellallenamento di ieri: un percorsino in palestra che presentava molti problemi di questo tipo, con una mappa rappresentante un reticolo 6x7 dove i puntini erano delle mini lanterne di plastica di 10x10 cm, con codice a due cifre.
