Hard work always pays off
The final of the World-Cup 2006, held in Clermont-Ferrand a couple of weeks ago, couldnt have gone better for me. Everything just happened the way I dreamed it. After my WOC-disappointment, I put all my remaining energy on this World-cup preparation, and I knew very well that no other terrain…

could suit me better than this volcanic playgrounds.The cancellation of the first final of the week, the middle distance, due to the very bad weather conditions (a storm with really strong winds and fallen branches) showed me how much I really wanted to run those competitions. I was struck down when I heard that the race was canceled. But after a couple of hours, the organizers found a solution to settle the program and save this middle distance final.
