km each. I ran as planed with good control, but could maybe have been more offensive in some parts. Out on the 13 km long last common loop I was 2.40 behind of a group of 8 runners lead by Anders Nordberg. On the longer leg to the 1st control I caught up Audun Weltzien, Jonn Are Myhren and some other runner who had went out a little minute before me.
