I wanted to show my club friends the competition I like the most of all in Norway, namely Blodslitet. So we gathered one Czech, one Ukraine, one Swedish and one half Dutch half Norwegian and headed for Fredrikstad. The competition, which was 25 km long, started with three forked loops…

and had one common ?long distance course? in the end. I stayed together with good runners and heard that I was about two minutes after the leading group when I passed the competition area for the last time. I could feel that my running capacity has improved this year because of athletic exercises. It was no problem to keep the same speed as runners like Audun Weltzin, Öystein Kvaal Österbö and Erik Axelsson. A good feeling! But the athletic training has also changed my running style and replaced some of my running in forest with a map. That is why…
