Saturday I am running my last competition in Norway this season, the traditional long-distance race Blodslitet in Fredrikstad. The race has common-start with 3 shorter forked loops in the beginning, and a long unforked loop at the end. The course for men-elite is 25 km, with 2.40 as expected winning-time.…

The start-field is very strong, with many really good international runners, so it will be a hard fight for the top-positions. Last year I was 2nd, less than one minute behind Emil Lauri, and at Saturday I hope to be able to fight for the top-position again. You can follow the race live at the organizers web-site.
