Fredrik Löwegren dropped out of Swedish team
As written at his homepage, last Sunday Fredrik Löwegren decided to continue with Elite orienteering for at least one more year, as he felt he still finds enough motivation and joy in competing at the highest level. What followed next day was a cold shower for him. The national team…

coach, Goran Andersson decided not to take him to the WOC training camp in Ukraine that the Swedish team will have in the first days of November. This happened despite the fact that Fredrik has been the best Swede (8th) in the Long distance finals in WC in France recently and 2nd best Swede (9th) at the Long distance at European champs in Estonia.
