the summer, felt hard in the first few mornings. These days the morning runs before breakfast is a part of my day and I usually feel great on them. I will run my next cross country race this upcoming Saturday in Terre Haute, Indiana. It is time for the Pre-nationals, where most of the top ranked schools will be competing for spots into the actual intercollegiate National Champs.
