hiking with Marie for 4 to 5 hours in the morning (in a quite good speed - e.g. always running down hill) and normal training in the evening with a good average of climbing (at least 400m a day). I didn’t do any special / speed training and the goal was only to set up my basic endurance. We also enjoyed local food and relaxed a lot between sessions.
