Last trainings before WC
Yesteday, runners of the Pôle France of Saint Etienne had one of the last training in volcanic terrain near of the WC-areas. We ran 2 contact races with 2 loops for each one.

1st loop (blue or red). For the 2nd loop we had to make the other forking and the 2 last controls. Orienteering with high speed in this terrain needs a very good concentration and its really harder to run when you e alone. In the 2nd training we had a chasing start, with 3 waves of starters. we had to choose our way when arriving to the last non-forked control and to say blue or red.
