1st loop (blue or red). For the 2nd loop we had to make the other forking and the 2 last controls. Orienteering with high speed in this terrain needs a very good concentration and its really harder to run when you e alone. In the 2nd training we had a chasing start, with 3 waves of starters. we had to choose our way when arriving to the last non-forked control and to say blue or red. Then the next runner has to make the other forking if he can hear what the previous said. Even if he was starting 2min…
