Happy to run
 2 weeks ago I was not yet able to run more than 45 minutes on road and more than 30 minutes in terrain (orienteering) was still impossible. All together I ran approximately 10 times on the last 3 weeks and nothing during the previous two months since Jukola. But…

from last week in French Champs I ran without pain in relay and it was maybe the first sign to feel better since 2.5 months. But Im not yet healthy. The plantaris tendon is still painful on static position and on Friday my surgeon said that I could have a little surgery to take away this inflamed / torn partially tendon. Asian and 30% of European doesnt have this tendon, so its clearly possible to run without it and this surgery is really a small one.
