from last week in French Champs I ran without pain in relay and it was maybe the first sign to feel better since 2.5 months. But I’m not yet healthy. The plantaris tendon is still painful on static position and on Friday my surgeon said that I could have a little surgery to take away this inflamed / torn partially tendon. Asian and 30% of European doesn’t have this tendon, so it’s clearly possible to run without it and this surgery is really a small one.
