I got some energy back and was able to start to work. The inflammation in my right achilles tendon seems to be healing well after two laser treatments (yesterday and last Tuesday). I am surprised and very happy about the effect of the laser. During the race I lost a few kilograms but I have been eating like a horse since we came to the finish so by now my weight has returned to normal.
