cera da vedere e da capire lo abbiamo visto e capito: i punti nel verde non fanno sconti, soprattutto al 15.000; le scelte di percorso hanno come leit motiv cose da evitare e cose da cercare per rendere la tratta scorrevole e lattacco al punto sicuro; bisogna imparare a galleggiare sulle paludi, altrimenti il tempo passa inesorabile, come inesorabile è la fatica che sopraggiunge prima del dovuto.En passant, tra i tanti allenamenti, abbiamo partecipato al Tour de Trondheim, 3 giorni di gare (sprint mass start, lunga distanza e middle a caccia), dove ho chiuso al 10° posto della classifica generale…
