the afternon (soon it’s time for todays rowing and strength training). Skiing in Italy, Millegrobbe This summer I’ve done less then five rollerski trainings so the power in the dubble poling is far from impressing… But for every day my leg is getting better and I’m able to train in better ways than just one leg rowing.
