Rehabilitation and Rerelease of my Homepage
Itâs almost been four weeks since WOC now. Swedish National Championships in middle and relay where this weekend. Unfortunately I couldnât run, it was not even close. I still have stiches in quadriceps and there is still a gap in my skin.

Iâm limping around without crutches. After the first two weeks that was though with a lot of pain I started to train again. Iâm rowing with one leg on a rowing machine and doing some strength. My goal is to be able to run again on 25-manna. I donât know if itâs realistic but it feels good to have something to look forward and to aim for. My traing plans for the coming months is for except rehab training aiming for the xc-skiing season. Hopefully I can start to do some double poling soone, but I guess that the open…
