I’m limping around without crutches. After the first two weeks that was though with a lot of pain I started to train again. I’m rowing with one leg on a rowing machine and doing some strength. My goal is to be able to run again on 25-manna. I don’t know if it’s realistic but it feels good to have something to look forward and to aim for. My traing plans for the coming months is for except rehab training aiming for the xc-skiing season. Hopefully I can start to do some double poling soone, but I guess that the open…
