enjoyed prolonged runs zigzagging the lush Central Park and admiring the beautiful coastline. After spending four years in the mountains of Arizona the change is significant. I will continue my studies in geoinformatics at the University of Helsinki, but since I want to maximize my focus on running until the Chicago marathon I have decided to prepare in a familiar setting - in Flagstaff, Arizona. I am running the Rock ‘n’ Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon this Sunday and then taking the advantage of another warm Arizonan fall soon after.
