The preparation for the seven hard WOC races went by resting, eating and taking it really eas as my cells havent been acting as lovely as they should have since the World Games. In the middle qualification, a couple of huge mistakes forced me to run faster than Id planned.…

However, its been my tradition to do badly in the middle qualification, so this must be a good sign;) Besides, i managed to get the second spot, so at least my running seems to be in order. A much sharper bird was ready to fly in the long qualification. I felt ready and steady and made hardly any mistakes. Running was easy too and I didnt have to push at all as i knew I was going to be on top anyway with this kind of performance. Now, I got great positions for the finals and after the model event…
