much food in your belly, you have no space for butterflying nerves. What an easy solution against being nervous :D .This day was spent on a short map training in the morning, cheering the team runners at the middle qualification, reading, chatting, sleeping and drinking lots and lots of water. It is getting warmer and even if the temperature in the competition area is a bit lower, it is a good idea to fill up enough before tomorrows race.
