in microscelte non ottimali e non anticipando la descrizione-punto alla 20, e una extra-long da 30 km/sf con partenza di massa. Durante lOrienteering Marathon mi sono divertito tantissimo: ho faticato più del previsto nella prima mezzora (mi aspettavo una partenza più tranquilla.. :), poi via via sempre meglio, con tratti a tirare il gruppo inseguitore, altri cercando scelte alternative, lultima ora di gara gestendo il ritmo per evitare crisi che avessero ripercussioni sugli allenamenti di questa settimana. Ho messo il naso davanti alla 30 e alla 33, ma ho ceduto qualche metro nella salita successiva e gli errori nella farfalla…
