High Altitude TC
After living for almost 4 weeks in the Alps, its now easy to breath at low altitude. I spent more than 400 hours at Muottas Muralg (2453m) in Engadine with 5 other WOC Swiss team runners.We enjoyed the beautiful nature for long runs, the paths and tracks in the valley…

for the fast sessions and the technical and challenging forests for the O-trainings.We had the visit from many runners and we used some of our spare time to climb some mountains.But pictures say more than words...Now the main physical work has been done and its time to focus on the final mental and technical preparation for WOC. Therefore Im going to Hungary with the Swiss team from Tuesday to Saturday. After some days at home we are going back to Hungary on Friday 14th for the main competition of the year.
