Swiss Engadin where I based myself in St. Moritz for a couple of weeks training. This was mostly long runs in the mountains and flat intervals round the lake or hills in the woods but I did a couple of orienteering trainings including an evening event at God Surlej.Non training activities consisted mainly of watching the Tour de France, eating and sleeping. Whilst some of the Swiss team were based at 2400m in an expensive hotel, Ally and I settled for the youth hostel in St. Moritz Bad and a few nights camping at Olympiaschanze (would recommend either, the youth…
