Swiss Engadin where I based myself in St. Moritz for a couple of weeks training. This was mostly long runs in the mountains and flat intervals round the lake or hills in the woods but I did a couple of orienteering trainings including an evening event at God Surlej.Non training activities consisted mainly of watching the Tour de France, eating and sleeping.
