last weeks were the two coming WOCs, 2009 and 2010. Directly after the World Cup in Oslo, the Czech national team traveled to Trondheim to have its first camp ahead of WOC 2010. Check the maps at the website of our national team. On Wednesday I came back from Sälen, the area of last years O-Ringen where I trained together with some runners from Mora. I never stop enjoying orienteering in Sälen. The great terrain, maps and nature make it easy to run a long distance orienteering course every day without getting bored.
