After good health test results in Oslo last month, Im still adapting my body and mind to training. Easy jogging up to one hour is on my daily schedule, and I feel good like I knew that I woudnt!According to my plans, Im starting my winter training period on the…

1st of August. The Zero-year is forgotten, and I need to look forward to the next season. I will also take part in the Norwegian Champs this autumn, so it will be interesting to see how my body is recovering from the illness.And another good news : now I have my own car, so it wont be any problems for me to drive around and train on the interesting maps around the city whenever I want :) Nice!
