the World Championships in Denmark, Helen came 6th in the Sprint competition. She said I felt nervous before todays race because I knew that I was capable of a really good result if I ran well. The run was almost perfect - I dont think I could have done a better time. The terrain was lovely; really nice and runnable but technically difficult. Im really happy.
