Last week-end swiss WOC testraces took place. We ran 2 sprints, a middle and a long distance.The 2 sprints went well and I made good results.I was also satisfy with my performance in the middle distance were the orienteering was usually fast and accurate.The long distance didnt go as expected…

and I was desappointed with physical performance that day.Now its time to train to be in top shape in 6 weeks and therefore we (6 swiss WOC-team runners) are going to a 3.5 weeks high altitude training camp in Muottas Muragl, Engadine.
