skilled ex-elites the weekend was even more impressive.Impressive is not how I would describe my own performances. The sprint went OK, but I missed no.2 (~15 sec?) and made a couple more errors (5-10 sec) in the night-0 section (thick canopy, 7:30pm). Quite pleased with the run & result anyway, I have done very little sprint orienteering this year and am not aiming to master the sprint just now but was happy to show that my fitness is coming back, something I have noticed in training over the last fortnight.My middle race was horrible, I tried to put together another…
