WOC selection races in Østerdalen

map. I did a good race, and lost only some seconds a few places. It was really tight between the runners in the top, and my result was a 4th place, 27 seconds behind Anders Nordberg. Saturday the Sprint was held in Os, mostly in forest, like it is expected the WOC Sprint will be.
