change Now the original Fantasy World Cup rules are applied, except runners who are “outsiders” get twice the points - outsiders being defined by not being among the 15 most popular runners. Triple points for runners in two teams or less. The complete rules are given below - the changes written in bold text. You should still put priority on having some outsiders in your team, but the element of luck is reduced by the rule change.
