graph is from the competition area, and the map shows Wednesdays temperatures (at noon) throughout the country. These are normal occurrences in July and August, and I know WOCs have been held in very hot weather in the past, but we have to be prepared for extremely high temperatures - both organisers and participants. It should also be noted that all the races take place in the middle of the day, and not early in the morning, so as not to give the first starters an unfair advantage.
