Após acertar os últimos pormenores relativos aos objectivos e forma de execução do treino, grupos de três elementos partiram para a floresta para realizar o percurso numa área anexa, onde serão as Estafetas no próximo sábado.Durante a tarde o grupo juntou-se para a habitual ?volta dos gelados?, tradição dos EYOC?s que significa comer gelados enquanto se convive e passeia de forma descontraída pela zona envolvente onde decorrerá o Sprint.Estava prevista a realização de um percurso da parte da parte com 1700m, mas a chuva apareceu e foi preferível não o fazer, evitando assim possíveis constipações.
