Poor route choices and loose orienteering had me haemorrhaging time and my lack of agility in the terrain caused me to fall and clatter my knee leaving number 11, after eventually finding it, in a rush maybe..?The fall didnt cost me too much time, I didnt feel the effects til it seized and swelled after the race. Since it was really only a bad bruise I thought it would be OK and prepared myself to hunt down a more respectable placing than 45th in the long chasing start.
