was rather fresh in the finish. Self-confidence is building up again, but it is a slow progress, even if the physical condition has been better for two weeks already. You just won’t perform well technically after a month of problems. After the middle distance race I was thinking about retiring from orienteering...On the next evening I was already planning how to make it perfectly in the World Champs final!
