Wednesday last week the Sprint in the Open Nordic Championship was held in Salo in Finland. The race was also the 2nd World Cup race this season. The 1st WC-race was the Middle distance the day before, but I was not running that race.The Qualification for the Sprint was held…

in the morning. I did an OK race, and finished as 7th runner in my heat, 21 seconds behind Emil Wingstedt. The 11 best in each of the 3 heats qualified for the Final. Results and splits
