spectator control/ run through... I wanted to stay calm and deal with all this craziness by focusing on my orienteering. This went pretty well but I think I did make the totally basic mistake of not eating enough. It was a tough programme of races for me and I probably wasnt eating enough throughout and particularly on the day of the race. So I felt weak quite early on in the race (which obviously got progressively worse..) but I held the orienteering together anyway and had a solid race.
