worse than I thought but on the other hand I managed to make excellent job in the long and especially in the sprint. In the qualifications for the sprint I felt that my muscles werent working att all and I even felt that I shouldnt start in the finals but in between the competitions I got some magics for my legs in the massage and my head got better too, so the final went really well.
