Pasi Ikonen - Damn
Damn
I am sitting at a breakfast table in a hotel. My mind is wandering, and unfortunately, Im not thinking positively. I had to cancel yesterdays race only after some 20mins of running. Had just no power in the legs nor in the body. I havent recovered from last weekends fever…

which lasted for five days. I missed also one weeks trainings. Now I just have to hope for the best, get some rest and rehabilitate myself. If everything goes well, then I still have chances on the middle distance and sprint races on next week. The Nordic Championships webpages can be found here.
