the 11th was just too bad. I really need to run more on rocky and irregular terrains as these. I lost too much time on the long legs. I believe that with some more days training in Nordic terrains Ill be able to start making better results.The results can be found here.In the afternoon we did another training in a 1:15000 scale, as the Long distance tomorrow.
