on a track and then straight into short orienteering sections.I ran it as a continuous session and its hard to tell whether I was working harder on the uphill runs or the orienteering, such is the nature of the terrain. Whilst out running this morning (4 miles easy, 6 degrees, pissing with rain) I had an idea for a toughness test.
